SMOKING POLICY
If there are persons who smoke in the property, we ask that no smoking takes place during, or for two hours before consultation. We also ask that windows/doors are opened if smoking has occurred in the property on the day of the consultation.
PETS POLICY
If you have pets, we ask that they be left outside, or confined to another area at the time of the consultation. This is to ensure we are keeping hygiene standards, and the safety of our staff as high as possible during your appointment.
cANCELLATION POLICY
Our normal cancellation policy applies for home visits.
Failing to answer the door for an appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your consultation being applied to your account. If you do not answer your door the first time, your podiatrist will ring the doorbell, knock on the front door, and attempt to make a phone call. If there is no answer within 5 minutes, then this cancellation policy will apply.
Giving notice of your non-attendance within 24 hours of your consultation time, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% being charged to your account.
