BOOK A HOME VISIT TODAY
Expert foot care in the comfort of your own home.
How long will it take to get an appointment?
In most cases, you can expect an appointment the same week, and sometimes sooner! We pride ourselves on offering prompt services. Please visit the Contact page to email or call us to make a time.
What are your operating hours?
Due to the intricacies of organising home visits across multiple suburbs, our schedule for these services varies from week to week. It is best to call to find out the exact day / time that we can help you based on your location.
What does it cost to have a home visit from Spring Podiatry?
Correct as of May 2025, an initial home visit consultation is $175. Subsequent visits are $150. You can pay via card, cash, or direct deposit. Private health Insurance may be able to be used if you have Podiatry included as part of your extras. We also accept My Aged Care packages, Chronic Disease Management Plans (Medicare referral from your GP), DVA, TAC, WorkSafe, and NDIS participants. If you fall under any of these schemes, please let us know when we are organising your appointment and we will be able to help!
How long is a home visit appointment?
Initial home visit appointments are 30-40 minutes in length. This ensures that we can conduct a thorough history and provide the appropriate care for you. Subsequent appointments are 20-30 minutes in length. Please note, that on the day when you are booked, we will give you a 1 HOUR WINDOW in which you can expect your podiatrist to arrive. This helps to account for traffic and unexpected delays with other clients.
What will happen in my home-visit podiatry appointment?
The visit typically begins with an assessment of your general health and your concerns being thoroughly understood. You will then have the condition of your feet, nails and skin evaluated carefully and findings explained to you. The consultation will then be directed based on findings, and treatment will be carried out to alleviate any problems detected. The level of care is the same as an in-clinic appointment, and a nail drill will be available for use by our podiatrists within your home should it be required
Am I safe inviting a Podiatrist from Spring Podiatry into my house?
You are always safe with Spring Podiatry. Our Podiatrists have current Working with Children Checks (WWCC), registration with AHPRA, National Police checks, NDIS Screening Checks and are all Vaccinated. If you have special requests including prior RAT testing, masks on for entry, aprons/gloves on before arriving or anything else please contact us as our podiatrists are very accommodating
Do I need to clean my feet before a Podiatrist comes to my house?
No you do not need to clean your feet! You are very welcome to wash your feet in anything you like (i.e water, Dettol etc) beforehand but this is not necessary. Our Podiatrists will ensure your feet are cleaned thoroughly before leaving.
Please ensure that you have read and agree to our home visit policy.
